Always enjoy shopping at Macy's even if it is just to look and see whats in store. Had a great time shopping with a friend.
Selection of men's suits looks large, but it really is rather lacking. The only good thing I can say is that the prices were solid.
I LOVE MACY'S! So many pretty items. Today I was looking for items on a bridal registry and I was helped by 3 different sales ladies. All 3 had wonderful attitudes and patience as I searched for the right items!
Amazing Customer Service! There was an error on Macy's end with processing my order, and I received notification and a phone number to sort out the issue. I was surprised to talk to a live person right off the bat, never be put on hold, and have my situation quickly resolved with a discount and free expedited shipping so my order would arrive on time. Couldn't be happier with how Macy's handled the problem!
Hey fairly poor experience here, including walking out of the dressing room finding Associates complaining loudly on the sales floor about my decision to come in 30 minutes before close. I vividly remember my days of working retail, but can't imagine acting with that level of unprofessionalism (certainly while customers are in the store!)
