Everytime I go to the Glenbrook Mall store the lines are always so long and the wait is horrible!!!!!!! I usually have to put my purchase down. I don't have time to stand in a line for an hour!!!!! Meanwhile 7 other ladies r walking around the store with nothing to do. After I put down my purchase and walk out the store I get greatest by 2 different ladies asking me if I need help... Um yeah get behind the registers and help!!!!! So frustrating
I shop here way too much for my own good. The store is clean and the selection is great!

I was given a $200 gift card for a early Christmas present so I decided to make a 45-50 minute trip to spend it at VS and I stood in line for 30 minutes had my stuff already rang up paid $60 of it in cash then the rest I would pay through my gift card and the cashier and made an error and somehow made two $200 transactions when I only had $156 worth of clothes. They had put me aside the counter and I wait for an hour to be told I can't buy anything and they had tried to blame the card company for the cashiers mistake and I was given a 20% off coupon and was told that the money would be put back on there tomorrow. Soon to find out they had lied and I would have to wait a week for the money to be put back in it. It's been 7 days and I still don't have a penny in my account and Christmas already passed and I can't buy anything.
