I went to aerie after hearing that they have high quality under garments. I was a little confused when I went to the fitting room hoping to try on the underwear I picked up since I had never bought anything from aerie. The associate did not allow me to try on the underwear and I went home and found out I had bought the wrong size. I had to drive back and exchange them for a different size which was super inconvenient. I don’t understand why a store that sells loungewear, bras and panties will not allow a customer to try on the panties. I think that it makes it inconvenient to have to guess on sizing since women’s clothes always range and then possibly having to drive back to return it.
One of my favorite clothing brands. The jeans are really nice and hold up for a long time.However the prices are really high. But the staff is good and the store is clean.
Poor customer service. Too lazy to check inventory on jeans. If they can't tell me whether they have the style and size I want, open some self-checkout counters and go home. Ridiculous.
