First of all I spend hundreds of dollars at this store multiple times a month look up my email or whatever to verify that. - I’m here around 830 pm with my 3 year old daughter who is extremely tired & being very well behaved considering... she went to lay her head down on the bar of the cart and a coffee mug I was going to purchase fell out the leg area.. I cleaned up the broken pieces and took it to the register and explained to the manager that my daughter broke it on accident and I didn’t want to leave it just sitting around he tells me he will only make me pay half? So I’m like wow okay, then doesn’t even give me the cup? So he literally just made me pay for my daughter moving wrong because I didn’t even get the merchandise? I feel like that was so unprofessional.. I am a regular customer and will NEVER go back to that store. I work in customer service myself & would never have responded like that to someone being honest and explaining their mistake. I could’ve left the cup on the floor for that!!!!
I love this store! The deals are awesome. This is my new favorite shopping place.
I’m a big guy and it’s so hard trying to find pants that look nice and fit right. 20 bucks for a fly pair of slacks
The management sucks. They belittled an employee infront of customers. Then argued with my husband because he stuck up for the employee that was being belittled and threatened to be fired. If she didnt fix hangers. As the women just turned her light off to go to break.....
The place was disorganized had a hard time finding the size I needed which was 3 to 4 x in a coat. nothing was marked properly most likely will never go back
