Prices were great and there were a wide selection of items. When I went to exchange an online purchase, I was charges twice for the exchange. I returned the same day to discuss my card being double charged. I was confronted by another manager and employee who did NOT apologize for any inconvenience or offer any helpful solution, stating it was between me and my bank. The customer service here was AWFUL and when I called to place a formal complaint the next day, I was met with the same rude attitude by their manager on the shift. I will not purchase anything from this Old Navy ever AGAIN. Worst Retail experience I have ever had.
I have frequented this location for years, at least a dozen visits a year. I find the the staff is always inviting, kind, and helpful. I was shocked to see the negative reviews posted. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Well stocked, curtious staff, and convenient location.
