Never will I go back.... ugh the manager is the worst, she has no customer service skills. If you need anything please hesitate to ask... she will try to belittle you.
Not impressed for the fact I bought a romper online a few weeks ago and the zipper broke after wearing it once. Throughout the whole night I had issues with it getting caught and not wanting to zip up for some reason. I'm so mad that I couldn't even exchange it. I spent $30 to only wear it once and this company can't even help me out and let me exchange it...... I work in retail and where I work no matter what we exchange or return items even if it's broke to help the guests out. So why not do the same forever 21??????

Honestly this is the worst experience I've ever experienced the manager named Stevie she was extremely disrespectful and rude and I felt completely attacked. No one could believe their eyes to how this "manager" was behaving and the fact that the rest of the employees were all apologizing for her and she did this all in front of my 10 month old son was absolutely disgusting. How anyone hired that girl is beyond me but good luck to forever 21 hope you guys actually screen your managers before you let them loose on the public.
If you order online NEVER have it shipped to store. I ordered something almost 3 weeks ago and it still has yet to arrive, or so they tell me. I've called twice and they just instantly tell me I'll get an email when it does. No one will even check to see if it has. Order status just keeps saying shipped. Very very disappointed with this store.
