If I could give no stars I would. This so called Vet Hospital is a joke. They do not care about the animals at all, just the money they get/want. Not only do they charge double what a normal vet does but if you don’t have the money in hand they won’t do anything to help at all. Instead they let your animal suffer until you either put it down, get the money or leave. My dog was hit by a truck and instead of doing anything for her they kept telling us in front of our children that the vet won’t do anything for her until we can prove we have the funds in hands. We had $200 with us and that was not enough for them to even attempt to lift a finger. After 5 hours of waiting my husband grabbed our dog and we walked out and said thanks for nothing. Took her the next morning to our vet who did X-rays and fixed her hip that was broken and everything for $150. If you care about your animals do not take them to this place, cause they do not care about the animals just the money.
All staff was kind and compassionate. My dog is very shy and nervous around new people, but the nurse and doctor were patient and gentle with her and made sure she was comfortable. Everyone also made sure to explain everything that was happening and what choices we had. Great staff and animal hospital.
This vet hospital is hands down AMAZING!! The veterinarians along with staff was so awesome when dealing with our dog after he was hit by a car. Our dog had intensive head trauma. They took him in and put together a treatment plan. They were very caring and passionate. They worked with us on the financial aspect. They were honest with us!
I felt like a business transaction, not a distressed pet owner in need of help. I took my 6 mo old kitten who couldn't breathe in about 9:30 on a Saturday night. The young girl who was helping me tells me at the counter in the lobby that my kitten is dying and they need to know now if she goes into cardiac arrest should they perform life saving means to help her, if so I need to give them at least $130 now. It took another lady to say to her, "Take her into a room to talk to her". I ended up having to put my kitten down. I have owned animals my whole life, I have had to make the decision to euthanize many times, but I have always felt compassion from medical staff when going through it. I did not feel that when having to have my kitten put down. My whole experience that night was extremely rough in every way
This is the third time I have had need to use their doctors. The best experience for me and the absolute best experience for my dogs. They love to go there. How many people can say their dogs love their vet? I highly recommend them ♡
