immediately prior to entry.
Entry permits not required unless the cat originates from a rabies
Took my Chihuahua to this location to have a tooth extracted. The Vet took time to examine Duke and found that he also had a heart murmur. He also made sure to let me know that because Duke would have to be put under to extract the tooth that there were serious risks. His assistant made sure I was comfortable and reassured me that they will treat him just like he was their own and that they want me to trust them. Duke is now waking up from his procedure and is doing very well. Thank you so much Banfield for taking care of our baby boy. We carry the pet insurance so the cost was affordable and they didn't want to do anything that I didn't authorize in advance. I highly recommend. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
For the state of Indiana says:
immediately prior to entry (depending on whether
quarantine area. Every cat 3 months of age or older must be
vaccinated for rabies within the 12 months or 36 months
Not happy that they do not know state laws and if I am wrong please show it to me.
I will not be back to have anything done for my cats there.
CVI must be completed by licensed veterinarian within 30 days
Nice vets but I dropped off my dog around 9am and they didn't finish her check up until 7pm. I'm not sure if that's normal here but so far it's been the slowest banfield I've been too.
I can't imagine life without Banfeild. They are amazing with my service dog Autumn. Justina is THE BEST Secretary EVER. I love ALL of my friends at Banfield but even better...Autumn loves them. Thank you Banfeild
According to the AMVA website :
I have gone to this Vet for 2 years now paying $32.99 a month and when my pet was sick the doctors have changed so much none of them are even familiar with him to know his past medical history and try to give me advice or help. If you like having a relationship with your vet go somewhere else.
CVI: Certificate of Veterinary Inspection;
1 or 3 year vaccine was used)
My husband brought our 2 cats in to have their nails clipped since I had surgery on my arm and was not able to do it myself. Nail trim was $14.95 per animal which was all we wanted, we had paperwork in case they needed proof they were vaccinated. They told him it was required by the state of Indiana that they had to have a physical. They had one in December, this is now April. We moved here from Washington state and flew rather than drove and had to have certified health certificates and paperwork to fly. He brought all those in along with the immunization paperwork. Then they said your cat has an ear infection, that will be an additional $100. They weighed them while they were still in their carriers, so the weights are off from actual weight.
