Great staff, always on top of everything, very nice ppl, clean place to have storge and rvs,
I booked a uhaul online and used the express check out option, so that pick up would be quick and easy. Instead, they changed my pick up location to this establishment. Not only did they NEVER contact me about my reservation or pick up time, but when I came to pick up, they seemed to know absolutely nothing about it. I kept telling them I already filed out this information and then they'd say, 'oh, there it is...' the older man running the establishment was so rude and bitter that I'm shocked he's allowed to mingle with customers at all. All said and done, Uhaul wouldn't even honor their own $50 guarantee agreement! My suggestion, go anywhere else.
Clean and affordable.
I rented a climate controlled large store room at this location for about a year. When I needed to sort out the "go to new place" from "keep in storage" stuff they were great about letting me move the "keep in storage" stuff across the hall to a new unit. The units were clean, no bugs, etc. well maintained and the staff, especially Anthony, were helpful and pleasant at all times. I would defiantly recommend this facility.
