This place is terrible I waited an hour behind one truck to check in! The staff here is rude and I think purposely slow! They clearly don't like their job and take it out on the drivers! I'm tired of dealing with people that don't like their station in life and have to take it out on the world!
This is the one of the worst General Mills to check into, not by much though. It takes 10-15 minutes on average per truck to check in. There's 2 lines. So if there's 8 trucks in line, 4 each, you'll be waiting 45 minutes to an hour to start checking in. I just got done checking in early in the morning, only 1 other truck here. Took 19 minutes to check in. Whatever their check in process they have to go through in the guard shack, they need to streamline it. The yard is nice though and roomy.
Came 30min before appt. 30min to check in at guard check, then waited 6hrs at the door. No one didn't even start loading. I just left then and lost another day at the food place.
One day I hope I can avoid food places live loads all together, it makes no sense to do any buisess for them.
Extremely organized. You have to figure out how everything works fast. In and out in less than an hour.
45 minutes waiting at security to get in just to be told my pick up numbers were no good!! NOW, I’m waiting in another HUGE line to try to get back out because there is no easy turn around here. Wasting valuable time for absolutely nothing!!!
