This place is absolutely pathetic. Stay away at all cost.
These guys have gone down hill substantially in the past year. Their time frames are all over the board, the pallets come back coated in black dust, and most importantly, their product tracking is atrocious. You'll schedule a drop and they'll enter the wrong products in. If you are picking up, they'll pull the wrong products. Even more, they don't even take the time to make sure the information on the outbound sheets are correct -- we frequently receive sheets stating that the product is consigned to a company half way across the country which has the same first three letters as ours. If you are running a single sku with them, you could probably get away with making it work. We, on the other hand, will pull everything from their storage as soon as we have another option.
Use to be fast but called them three hours after I checked in because I wasnt at a door.
Been here for just about 6 hours now. This place sucks. Apparently the product I am brining is new to them so they have to put in their system before they can take me. Overnight parking though

This place sucks! My appointment was at 2:00 PM I came in at 10:00 am, they gave me a door at 2:15 PM. It’s 6:00 PM and I’m still here. The guy at receiving desk is a very arrogant person, He thinks he is God. Parking outside is good. They have a big yard.
