My mother got me a prenatal massage for my birthday and oh man it was great! The workers are all very nice and welcoming! I will defiantly be back again!
Everyone at this place was very professional and polite. I came in for a deep tissue massage because I had back and neck pain from carrying my heavy book bag (I am a college student) and from stress in general. My massage therapist did a great job. She took the time to understand my needs and what I wanted out of my visit and she did great in addressing those needs. I would definitely recommend this place for a massage.
I was calling to ask if they do couples massages and have pregnancy massage options. Upon answering I was put on hold. I find it rude to be asked to hold before ive even said hello, but no matter. She answered and i got my first question out and she didn't give an answer before responding with asking me to hold again. Sorry, I know you're are probably really busy this time of year but to me that's so unprofessional. Give me some type of response before asking to hold again. It makes a potential client feel like they have zero priority. Only writing this review to hopefully inform.
The overall experience was customer-service friendly. All of my questions were answered, I learned a lot about my body, and from the moment I walked in the door until I left I was treated in a first-class manner.
