I have had very good experiences at Burnett's Massage. My first time I went on a Groupon and have returned three more times. The therapist is very concerned about any special needs and does a great job of providing a relaxing environment. Her schdule was erratic for awhile due to her personal health problems, but she is now providing great service. I plan to return for more therapy.
I purchased sessions through a daily deal website. After a long week of work, I thought I would have a relaxing experience at this place. Instead, I was met with a scheduling conflict which they blamed on me and was treated very rudely. On top of that they refused to reschedule me and refused to refund me for prepaid services that were never rendered. I am very displeased and would recommend never going here.
This massage therapist is amazing, I have never left unsatisfied with anything I have recieved. I always feel very comfortable while I am there and feel refreshed and relaxed when I leave. Very relaxed and professional atmosphere. I would recommend her for anyone. She runs Groupon specials often so check her out!

I have been to Burnett's for a massage a couple times. She was extremely professional and very kind which in turn made me feel more comfortable and enjoy my experience. The prices are great and more importantly the customer service that was provided. I will be returning again soon!
