I bought a laser hair removal package, I stopped going because of pregnancy called back when I delivered my baby and their system got "wiped out" so I loose my money unless I show proof I paid and that has not been more than a year. I called when I found out I was pregnant and they told me I was fine call when you deliver your baby and we'll start your sessions again I guess any business can just tell you their system just wiped out and they don't gotta give you the service you bought smh

I made an appointment to have microdermabrasion done utilizing a Groupon. It was my first time - and I was really excited! I called two days in a row and couldn't get anyone to answer my call. I finally gave in and left a voicemail and received a call back later that day. The woman I spoke with asked for a phone number and email to send me confirmation of my appointment. Looking back - when I didn't receive a confirmation notice - I should have been worried about it then. I just assumed I hadn't been put into the system yet and didn't think anything of it. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment - the main receptionist who checked me in made me feel awkward by saying "Oh - we might have a problem." Long story short - she had scheduled me a month later and then acted like it was my fault. She even went so far as to say that I may not know what month I'm in because the esthetician had been booked for a while. She offered a lame apology of "Sorry! I don't know!" and just stared at me - so I left, contacted Groupon, and got a refund. Terrible customer service.

My experience was wonderful! Very nice ladies, atmosphere, appointments, no complaints! I have had eyebrow tattoo enhancements, facials; with microdermabrasion and peels, plus, laser hair removal. All done to my satisfaction! I will be a returning customer!!!
They do an awesome job on permanent makeup! You will be happy with their work.

What an excellent staff here! I'm getting my CoolSculpting done right now and its 10:30 pm , Carrie & Lynn have been amazing through this process! Seriously how many offices can actually go around YOUR schedule! I have been here since 5:30 pm and these ladies are all smiles and at my service!wow! If anyone is looking into CoolSculpting this is the place to be! They even had dinner Catered in for me! And my favorite drink at my side, raspberry sweet tea, Really! I must say what a great office and they are 100% about the customer! .. Thank you Belle Sante Med Spa, you truly go above and beyond for your customers! I also had laser hair removal done as well.
