These boots also had "lifetime" Inserts. I went in to the store recently and explained that inserts had also gone bad on the boot. All i was told is that the inserts were still not available for the kind of boot i have, instead they pointed me towards expensive inserts. No discount was offered for the inserts keeping in mind i should have got my "lifetime" replacements for free.
Excellent customer service in assisting me with my first purchase of Red Wing boots. Very knowledgeable and professional guidance. I will be a frequent flyer going forward. It will be a bit of a disappointment to see the store move from it's neighborhood location of 50+ years, but I will still be a loyal customer.

Now the Sole has become brittle and slippery. It has worn unevenly on one side So QUICK .
These boots were purchased less than 6 months ago. when i purchased them the sales associate helping me recommended these after explaining what i needed. KEEP IN MIND I have used them on CARPET about 80% of the time!!!
when i went into the store the same associate told me i should have bought a different boot, when he was the one who told me these boots would be long lasting and durable!

They we're very diligent in trying to find what I wanted. Checked stock downstairs and called other stores. Found the items and ordered them. I am very pleased with my experience and so was my son!
