Just got word from my father that a different location of this same store out-right refused to help him.
My friend sent me here for a tux for his wedding. I walked in got measured, tux got ordered, and then it arrived the day they told me it would. Everything went smooth and easy and everyone I talked to was nice and helpful.
Return policy sucks
We will never be returning to this chain of stores after this transaction is over and will not be recommending them to anyone we know for anything.
The second time we went in was for my fiancé and his best man to be measured. The sales associate claimed there was no record of us coming in the first time. I had to pull up my bank statement showing we'd paid the deposit before they'd help us. We had to redo our group in the system and pick everything out from scratch.
The service at this place is HORRIBLE. My fiancé and I were here a couple times about suits for our bridal party. Both times, were treated dismissively. The first time, we wanted for the guys to be able to buy their suits. The sales associate told us that was not at all possible because they "wouldn't have the size range." I thought it was bullshit, but she insisted that our only option was renting. So we set everything up, picked it all out, paid the deposit, and left.
