This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I had Gabrielle as a consultant. She was beyond patient and helpful with figuring out what I liked and disliked. Everyone was very nice/pleasant and I would highly recommend this location!
ALRIGHT if you are going to David’s Bridal in Ft. Wayne make sure you make an appointment with Chance! My friend and I came into the store without an appointment and they found him to work with us right away. He got absolutely everything we needed and more! He found the perfect accessories for my dress, the perfect bridesmaid dresses in the color we wanted, and the perfect shoes for my bridesmaids! He had his own ideas that went along with mine and make my dreams so much better and most important made them a reality! And I found the dress of my dreams for less! This is the best customer service I have ever experienced and I 100% recommend going to David’s Bridal with Chance!
My best friend, who was my man of honor in my wedding, had me find my bridesmaid dress for his wedding at this store. We came in only knowing what color they wanted and needed help with everything else. I am a bit of a snob when it comes to customer service, since I work in retail. Michelle Mizzell stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park!! She used her social intelligence to read our cues and know when to approach us and when to give us space. She listened to what I look for in a dress, what the grooms wanted to see me in, what we liked or disliked in other dresses, and brought us what we asked for, what she recommended, and what was hot right now. She got us our color, a great dress, an awesome belt, and killer shoes. She was our personal shopping assistant and my best friend and his fiancé had a blast finding the perfect dress for me. They were no longer stressed!! They relaxed and laughed and cherished how these moments are precious memories being made for their life together. I wish I had more excuses to come in and shop with her. Congratulations Fort Wayne, y'all have found yourself a gem with Michelle. I highly recommend this wonderful woman. Go in and ask for Michelle!!
I purchased my dress in April 2017 for my February wedding when I went to alterations in December I had gained 5 inches around the waist, and it was to close to the wedding to order a new dress the seamstress worked with me and placed a corset in the dress instead of the zipper. I went back two weeks later and it was better than the zipper would have been anyways I’m so happy with the end result everyone was kinda and cared about me getting what I wanted. Being plus size it made me feel especially good because when you go most places they don’t accommodate the larger size. I really appreciate the experience I received it helped relieve some of the stress of getting married knowing that they could work with me
Very disappointed in service. Had 1 1/2 hr. appointment. The girl who was helping my granddaughter wasn't very helpful. She helped her with about 3 gowns then left to help others. We had to finish looking on our own. We then went to Bride to be and had excellent help. And found the perfect dress.
