We received Great customer service today at this Finish Line! Extremely helpful! Had to return a pair of shoes and didn’t have the size needed in the store, clerk offered to order online and have them shipped to my house! He went above and beyond and took the time to help us! Wish I would of gotten his name. But will definitely go back!

My nephew bought Jordan socks with his birthday money and you people sent him socks with the security tag on them. When his mom called the store to see what could be done nobody was willing to make it right for this kid!! What a joke!!! I cannot patronize a store that jips kids like this!!! What a joke!!
