Sucks. Owner keeps raising rent for littlest things like pets

I am park manager, I love living here. At least one person made a post saying sucks, but we don't raise rent for every little thing, but when you take in every stray cat and when you moved out it was deplorable how you left that trailer. The pet smell and amonia from cat urine and cat feces all over that trailer was deplorable. Very dirty, smelly, that trailer took a lot of work to get ready to rent again. Dupont Triangle is an LGBTQ ally as i am an openly gay man and married to my adorable husband Donny.
