All trailers are brand new not junk like others have
This new management team seems to be making this older mobile home park a nice clean place again,with many new homes replacing the older ones.
This place is a complete joke! None of the people working here know what they are doing. And they are always trying to screw you over. I have seen more rules violations from the people who work here than I have from the residents. And I bet they have had 10 different people pretending to run the office, but none of them have a clue. If you are thinking of moving in talk to some of the residents first, they will tell you the truth about this crap hole!
Peaceful & caring homing
This place is a total joke and rip off. They tried to take advantage of my grandmother all the time. They will try to keep your security deposit and say that's a holding fee, the maintenance guy doesn't have a clue what he is doing and the other maintenance guy was arrested for robbing the people while he was supposed to be doing repairs. I would recommend that this place be shut down. The lady that runs it, Patty, will keep whatever money she can. Which is how her and her husband/maintenance guy got new trucks at the same time. Place is a rip off and joke.
