I have a good experienced with this company. They install our water heater today and Tom Garrett is one of the technician he is awesome. They are honest people. My home only had one cold air return upstairs. This caused the basement and main floor to be cool but the upstairs to be hot. Borchelt's came out twice to help us plan out the best way to run cold air returns upstairs from the basement. When I was ready for them, they came back and ran the necessary duct work and now my entire home is one consistent temperature. I called Borchelt today , I was having a problem with my heat. They came out within 1/2 hour & found the problem & cleaned the unit for $99.99. It's working great. Nice to have an HVAC company you can call & feel confident they will find the problem quickly & honestly & at a fair price. I'll call them again if I need anything done with my heat or air conditioner.
