The professional plumbers here are amazing and helpful. Skip the box store and talk to a professional plumber. I spent 30 bucks and wasted an hour at Lowes getting advice from a "plumbing expert" who gave me bad advice along with the wrong stuff. Then I came to North Side Plumbing and I finished the whole project start to finish for under ten bucks. Lesson Learned!
Not good -- so replacing the outside spigot was OK, took a while but the leak is fixed. He looks at the drip in the kitchen sink and ... $500 and three days later, the kitchen sink is "fixed". Now, three more days later, the dispose-all is cracked. I thin I won't be calling North Side Plumbing. I can't afford another unexpected $500 bill for something that worked before they got here.
We worked with Matt R. this afternoon. He installed a new water heater. He was very friendly and efficient at getting the job done. We got a quote over the phone before this was done, and sure enough, that's all that was owed. He didn't once try to upsell any service/product. I like this company because they work hourly and not out of commission. He also told us to call with any questions. I'll be recommending you guys and will be using you for any plumbing issues we have in the future. Thank you!
