Nathan responded to our emergency call on a Sunday night (Thanksgiving weekend). We returned home to no heat with 2 small kids. He was very professional and he was able to solve our problem immediately. We were so impressed we signed up for the maintenance agreement. His expertise and great attitude were very much appreciated!
Mark, service tech from Rolf Griffin Service Experts in Fort Wayne, IN installed a new toilet and wash basin plunger in a bathroom. His craftsmanship is excellent, he is very polite, patient and professional, answering any questions and is very thorough in explaining everything.
Mark is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the service and is definitely a huge asset to this company!!!!!

Our hot water heater needed replacing and Rolf Griffin's response was great. Not only did they arrive earlier than they had originally anticipated, but the service technician, Kyle Lee was thorough and very professional. It was late in the day on a Friday so Kyle was unable to actually replace the hot water heater that same day. But knowing how concerned we were of it rupturing and flooding our basement, he offered to install it on Saturday morning. The install was completed with no issues, and Kyle was very thorough in explaining the changes to the installation from our old hot water heater that would hopefully prevent us from having the same problem in the near future. Would recommend Kyle and Rolf Griffin.
Mark put in a new water heater for me, waiting until I could get home from work because the transport van was late. He was very efficient, friendly and did a terrific job. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
