The Karpeles is a self-guided museum with content clearly posted with the exhibits so that guests can enjoy the museum at their own pace. Museum attendants do interact with the guests and are always open to questions. Guided tours are available upon guest request and to scheduled groups. The comments recorded in the guest book at the museum have been most gracious. We were somewhat surprised to find a seemingly, negative review on Google and wish to extend an apology to the guest who felt slighted on their visit.
