Personally im never the one to complain BUT I am so annoyed at how the employees there (usually the women) are so rude when speaking to people in the drive through! More than once have I used the drive through and received just the rudest service from the get go. Im never greeted just rudely to order and their tone is always so unhappy and mean. If your going to work atleast be happy that's what your paid to do GOOD customer service and they don't have that.
They told me they were out of beef. How do they even run out of that? Horrible mis-management? Then they charged me .80 too much and refused to take the charge off and said "the sign might be the wrong price, I don't know". On top of that, I was told the pop machine was being changed and so it would be a few minutes for my soft drink. I said "that's fine". When I finally got it, it was nothing but carbonation. All around, just god awful service, taste, and management.
I visit this location rather frequently... mainly ran by high school students in the evening/night who don't typically care about how well they do their job. This usually results in long wait times and people standing around while you are waiting to take your order. During the day the service is typically better.
Ordered food, before I was done paying, it was ready!! Son spilled his freezee drink on the floor, employee was very kind and understanding. She cleaned it up, and gave him a new one. This is our new favorite Taco Bell. :)
This is honestly the worse taco bell there is they never get you're order in the drive thru so you always have to go and double check you're food which Is right 50% of the time then everything I eat there is feel sick and sometimes throw up the next day. NEVER EAT HERE
