Hit or miss. Sometimes service and food is great. Other times employees act like your disturbing them and pretzel is old, hard, and or burned. Also Jefferson Pointe closes at 8, different then hours listed online.

Ben's Pretzels has a great product, but this store is not managed well at all. The employees are not that friendly and worst of all, don't go in the last hour they're open. They are afraid to throw anything away (which is a part of doing business) so they won't accommodate you with fresh product, or a full menu. I had to eat my over priced cheese cold. The pretzel bites and sticks were obviously old. You've sacrificed a few dollars worth of product for hundreds of dollars of my business.
