I needed a remote key programmed for my 2016 Honda HRV. The locksmith arrived promptly, was courteous, and looked professional. He was very knowledgeable and was very thorough in his work. While programming my remote key, he located my misplaced remote key that was under my driver's seat in my car (who knew, right?). He was able to program both remote keys and informed me that one of the remote keys needed a new battery. He changed the battery out with no issues right there and had the battery in stock. The whole service took about 20 minutes and I was very pleased with the experience. I will definitely use them again! Thank you Lockout Express!
