Bought an OEM Kawasaki key on eBay for my MC. Stopped at Koehlinger this morning to get it cut. After the tech cut the key (and it worked), he told me no charge! I insisted but he said "all I did was cut it". What a great team of people. I use them for all our work stuff but wow - customer service does exist. Thank you guys!

Rick Reader helped me today with an antique door key cylinder. He explained exactly how to remove the old one and exactly how to put the new one back in. Got home installed it and it works perfect. Excellent customer service.
