I have been a customer for several years and one time before they lost 2 shirts of mine. I was ok because things happen. I spend hundreds of dollars in this store. This month I had them re-due a large order because of them being wrinkled and they still came back unacceptable. They blame it on the pressers. Then I had a shirt and a pair of pants that were lost. They mixed them up with another order. That man came back and stated that his clothes were missing. While I was picking my order up which will be my last, another man was there complaining that he was missing clothes. I reported it to the manager of the store at Jefferson and was told that I was wrong that it didn’t happen. It’s a shame that she new nothing about her employees that were honest to admit it! A note to the owners…not everyone is dishonest and if they spend hundreds of dollars, one might desire to listen. Sorry for your loss!

As laundromats go, this one is pretty nice. It's always clean, and staff is helpful and friendly. It has vending machines for laundry supplies, snacks, and beverages. There is also an ATM (fee) and a change machine for the machines. There are plenty of washers and dryers. Last year, they added quite a few new large capacity machines, so if you have a family, this is a good place to go. Double load washers are $2.50 each. Dryers are $0.25 per 7 minutes. Not sure about prices for large capacity. I think they might be around $4.00, but call and check.
If you travel by bus, Sunshine is conveniently situated on the #2 Georgetown line in BOTH directions.

We came here to do laundry just once because our washer and dryer went out. The lady who works there was very nice and super sweet. We went kinda late and there weren’t many people, the place was clean no trash on the floor but the normal wear and tear of building of its age. The only problem I had and the reason I give it 3 stars is some of my clothes came out with a weird smell after going through the wash and dryer. I ended up having to rewash like 3/5 loads in when our new washer and dryer came
