Seem very nice and professional. The crew is extremely nice and had fun despite the crappy conditions..... However, finished product was sub par to be nice about it. And then I was billed over eighteen hundred dollars more than my quote and taken to collections within a couple weeks of not being able to come up with the tremendous overage I was charged. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
Water Out was amazing. They were very helpful. They did more than we could have asked and helped get cost covered. We had recently bought our house and eight months into living there our pipes burst and sewage filled out crawl space. It was a nightmare. We were terrified of the costs but they worked with us extremely well and with our insurance company. They kept us up to date through the whole process. Best experience I could have imagined. We worked with Chad and he was great!
We discovered that our finished basement had 6 inches of standing water in it when returning home after a day at work. My husband reached out to WaterOut on a Thursday evening and they had a crew at our house at 7am the following morning.
Being first time home buyers and new to the whole process, Chad and team were so helpful and informative. We called Water Out the night that we found the flood and they responded and were able to come out to the house a couple hours later that same night! Water Out's quick response time allowed the damages to be minimal and we were able to salvage everything except our baseboards.
Prompt, courteous, professional and went above and beyond our expectations. This was a very stressful time and WaterOuts swift response and extraction of the water gave us relief. We would highly recommend WaterOut to anyone that needs the services they provide.
If we are ever to experience a flood again (hopefully not!), I would absolutely work with Water Out again in the future.
