I have had them install carpet in my house as well as install a tiled wall in the kitchen.
All in all, I'm happy with their products and their willingness to assist me if things go wrong. I would highly recommend them as they put the customer first.
When they installed the tiled wall, I have had them come back several times as that one employee did not do a good job. After the 3rd time, I was not happy, so I paid a visit to the owner and explained the situation. After showing him the pictures, we agreed to send a different person out this time and he did a MUCH better job in getting the job done correctly.
When they first installed carpet at my house, it was no doubt a bad batch and they managed to help us get it 100% replaced at no cost.
Our home is almost 19 years old, and almost every flooring surface has been replaced by 3Kings. Couldn't ask for better service. I love that they have their own installers instead of subcontractors. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Highly recommended by friends who have used them and had a great experience. I will no longer be using the chain cleaners and I also recommend using 3 Kings and support your local business!
I had 3Kings out for the first time to clean my carpets. They were very professional and my carpets turned out great! I would definitely recommend using them to anyone, and will have them out again.
