I've used Steam Team several times and have been very happy with this company. My carpets turn out beautifully, the men are clean-cut, friendly, polite and professional. They schedule according to MY schedule and the prices are very reasonable. Along with all that, they are a local company!
Carpets look new stains gone. On time and customer service was A-1. House smells great and vents are clean.
On Time - Very Professional - Very respectful. Had ducts cleaned and tile floor cleaned - all I can say is Wow! These guys do what they say - when they say they will do it for the price they said they would - no back end up selling or charging. Well Done! We will hire this team in the future.

We have used Steam Team two different times over the past year, and both were great experiences. Once last year we had our vents cleaned, and just had our dryer vent cleaned today. In both instances they were on time, extremely nice and did a thorough job. I would definitely recommend these guys.
