Admittedly we had some really dirty carpet in our place of business. However, I felt like they did nothing more than wet our carpet down and swept it up. No time was spent on the high traffic areas. So, I went to Walmart and bought high traffic foam spray and a scrub brush and cleaned it myself. Looks 1,000 times better and was a lot cheaper. Learned my lesson. I will say the customer service is excellent.
I had my carpets and tile cleaned a couple of weeks ago as we were having a party for Halloween. They did an awesome job! Carpets looked great, but I highly recommend the tile and grout cleaning!! That was amazing!! The night of our party, a friend spilled Strawberry Margarita on our freshly cleaned carpet!!!! We got up as much as we could and called Stanley Steamer the next day. They worked us in for a spot treatment and we no longer have pink carpet!! Whew! We expected to be paying a hefty charge for the emergency service, but were pleasantly surprised by their generosity. I cannot say enough about the professional service that I received. They exceeded my expectations.
Stanley Steemer"s equipment did not get out tough dirt. Normally ,I would go rent carpet cleaning equipment, and do the job myself. It is cheaper and turns out well.This time I had stains from the previous owners and decided to try a professional. As far as the customer service goes, they are top notch.If you you are just looking for labor,go for it.If you want clean carpet with a little extra in your pocket do it yourself.
Cleaners came and did their thing and left. Never asked about furniture or anything. Later that day I noticed that there were no "pucks" under the nightstands/end tables/coffee table so I called and asked about it. Got their manager and left a message. Got a call three days later and was told that I told their team not to move furniture. I absolutely, positively, in no way told their team that and it is a flat out lie. I have a real problem with a company that lies like that and performs substandard service. To their credit they did offer to come out and reclean the carpet, but as we all know that is a royal pain. They flat out denied my request for a credit of any type. I would steer clear of these guys, they lie and don't stand behind their work.
