I recently had our whole house carpets cleaned with Ross. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. They were efficient, professional, and fair priced. Our carpet in our basement is older and in great need of a cleaning. Ross made it look better than anticipated, removing a stain that had been there since before we bought the home. I will definitely use Ross again and highly recommend.
The gentlemen that cleaned our carpet for us we're detail oriented and results are amazing! I was afraid there would be no coming back from the dirt and spills left from our puppy and toddler but our carpet is now good as new. We will be calling these guys next time.
I had scheduled a carpet cleaning for 3 rooms of our apartment. The scheduled time was a window 12-2 on 11-09-17. Adam called me at 8:30 and indicated that he had a cancellation and he would be able to clean the carpeting earlier. We agreed on a 9:30 appointment. Adam promptly arrived at 9:30. Adam is very kind and courteous. He did a great and thorough job. He was able to remove a couple of nasty stains in the living from the previous tenant -- I was so happy. Our carpets were in very bad condition. An elderly big dog with incontinence problems, three cats with hair balls, and two adults that are not as careful at getting all accidents as thoroughly cleaned as we should, meant that that there were challenges.
