I was out of town for business and the shirt I had on for my meeting looked like I had slept in it despite me just putting it on 3 hours before. I stopped into Quality Cleaners explained my dilemma and the rest is what first impressions should be all about! The clerk offered to manually press my shirt without hesitation and when I offered to pay she just handed me my shirt (in the plastic wrap) and wished me well on my upcoming meeting. I have already told three others this wonderful story or true customer service in a time where its hard to come by. If you are in Fort Wayne and looking for a Quality Cleaner...look no further!
I've always had great service from both Quality Cleaner locations and their prices are the lowest I've found.
I took in my shirts to quality cleaners. somehow they managed to destroy buttons on my shirts like they had been burned. when i brought it up they did nothing. the next time i brought in a jacket to be cleaned with a loose button which i asked them to fix. they completely ignored me and didn't touch it. never went back after that.
