First time using a dry cleaner and I won't be back. First there was an issue with getting a smudge or of my white jacket and they needed a wet release. No problem there. The girl explained that there should be no problem and that they wouldn't suggest a wet wash if they thought there would be any damage to the jacket, but there was always a risk so I needed to sign a release. I came to pick up the item the day after promised and it had never been sent. The girl informed me that it probably would've been ruined anyways. She then offered to send it for a redo anyway, which I refused. No offer to refund anything.
Excellent Service, friendly staff. Nice place to go to have you dry cleaning or your shirts ironed.
When I picked up the drycleaning, my shirts and pants were wrinkled and there was no crease on the sleeves as if the shirts were never ironed. I asked for medium starch, but I couldn't tell if any starch was used.
