Wonderful job! very thorough, great job at cleaning, on time, very professional. We had this company come in and clean our place of business and got stains out that we tried numerous times with a rug doctor. Will definitely recommend! Dave & Shaun cleaned several of our rooms and two staircases. Their work was quick and efficient. They were very personable at the job they did was outstanding. They explained, in detail, why a couple of our stains would not come up on our natural wool area rug. I would highly recommend Dave & Shaun. When it comes time for our carpets to be cleaned again I certainly know who to call.
The Absolute worst in communication. I requested a quote from Joe Zoch and sent the information needed for them to prepare a quote. I received no calls or emails back. Upon calling Joe back I was told that because of their work load they needed to decline doing the work. No problem, not a issue, but In the future let potential customers know that you can't provide the services requested
