Place sucks!!..justin curses at his employees. .very unprofessional. .they hire drug users..i wouldnt recommend at all!!
We are not happy about the way we were treated by this company. We had the owner at our house for over an hour. Very nice and knowledgeable about the product. Wrote some numbers down for the window pricing but did not give them to us to keep. Told us the windows are the same price everyday and they did not have crazy sales they were just an everyday great price. We went to the office to see the windows and they looked nice. We were ready to buy but could not get them to give us a price. We have left messages and our email address so they can send us a simple quote. We were told someone would have to come back out to our house and talk to us. The owner left no information with the office and he was back at his home in Kentucky (locally owned??). If the windows are always the same price why can't we just get the price for 13 windows and be done. We have already taken a day off of work the first time they were over. It has been over a month I do not think they are going to give us a quote.
What a bad company ! Justin is not a customer service person at all ! I had the installers put nail holes in my house that need filled and repainted and he didnt care all he wanted was his money I told him I would paid after they fixed my house and of course they didnt so I called the BBB and now they are looking in to it. They also took out my old windows with a hammer....glass all over the place what a mess, in the flower beds and the carpet. the windows are nice but the service is the worst I have ever seen.
Justin is just rude to customers. I wish I could talk with the qwner of this company
Very professional, both on the sales side....as well as the installation. Justin at Window World was straight-forward, honest, and personable. Joe and his crew that did the installation of our 9 windows were fantastic....and will probably be doing our other 20 windows to complete our window replacements. Much more cost-effective, and in my opinion, better quality of windows than everyone else I looked at....especially compared to Anderson Windows!
Installers where very kind, kept me informed , and cleaned up the debris! Had patience and worked with me to keep dogs contained while they worked! Thanks a Million, love my new windows... made a world of difference !
