I went in to get a windshield chip repaired. It cost exactly what they said it would and took exactly as long as they said it would. What more could a customer want? Thanks for being awesome City Glass! We will be back.

Very disappointed in the company. I sent in all the information asked for regarding year, make and model of vehicle as well as what glass needed replaced. About a week later I inquired about making an appointment only to be told the price would be nearly double what had been quoted initially. Very shady business practice. I would definitely not recommend this company as one to entrust your vehicle to.
Friendly and knowledgeable. They worked quickly to get my order ready and let me know when it would be done.
Pretty bad business practices. They didn’t stick to their over the phone quote and charged an additional fee that wasn’t in the quote, my feeling is that they padded their original quote because the installers broke the existing pane of glass and had to pay for it on their dime. Needless to say I won’t do business with them again.
