The only reason this place is even given a star is because I have to. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company. They fail to inform you on anything that is going on with YOUR belongings. They wait until YOU call to inform you that they need more information to start their process instead of informing you at the time of the issue. BRAD is very unprofessional and has a problem with interrupting people. He claims he's never had a bad review but as you can see he only has ONE review and it is good so i'm sure he reports them. There is no one else to speak to because brad acts so appalled when you inform him you don't want him to handle your issues. He has claimed that certain task are not "his job" but what IS your job Brad.

ServiceMaster provided a very fast response when a tree fell through our lake cottage. They had the tree off the next day and roof covered right after. The damage was unbelievable, but they worked with us every step of the way to rebuild our cottage. The new cottage looks amazing and we are very excited for the upcoming summer.
