Horrible horrible horrible service. This "company" consists of three people. Dick the owner will quote you one price then charge you much more. If you don't pay, you will end up with a lien on your home and a lawsuit on your hands. Check the small claims court records. You can see this for yourself. He gets away with this because he does not provide a contract REQUIRED BY LAW. Go somewhere else for honest, knowledgeable work. Using this "company" would be a BIG mistake!!!
Fortunately I did not have the "horrible" experience that "Google User" had 4 years ago. These guys are prompt and provide good service. Unfortunately I have old plumbing that leaks and needs repair occasionally. Today was the 3rd time that I have needed them to come to my home, and each time, the repairs habe been satisfactory. Paul, the service man is kind and personable. I will use them again when the time comes, and I will recommend them to anyone.
HORRIBLE!! Would give 0 stars if i could. We have a home warranty and needed a part on our garage door to be replaced. The home warranty company advised us to call D&M Mechanical contractors. It has been 7 days where we have called twice daily, and we have not had a single return phone call back. Obviously they don't want to stay in business. What needed to be fixed was a $7 part, which we ended up buying and it took my husband less than 30 min to replace. I have also called the home warranty company and advised them of our dissatisfaction and told them they shouldn't send their clients to this company. They should be out of business if they do not know how to contact their customers!!!
