We had Colvin remove a one-piece tub/shower unit in our master bathroom and install a simstone shower and also remove all of the original toilets and install new ones. It was a very pleasurable experience because: we were always informed of what was going on (before and during the project), our house was kept very clean during the entire process and Andy (who was in charge of our project) and all others who came were very professional.
Colvin came in to remodel two bathrooms, one after the other. The work is very good, their employees doing the work are skilled, helpful, polite, and trustworthy. Scheduling and coordinating of the jobs, however, has been a major disappointment. Several things were not ordered when they should have been which caused delays, and now an ordering error has added more weeks to completion. Now that the project is almost done, I can't get anyone to call me back about the delays. I just want my house back.
We highly recommend Colvin and we will definitely be hiring them again for other kitchen and bath remodels.
