Worst dealer experience I have ever had. I do not even know where to begin. I went there to look at a truck, the brakes were a little "rough" and the salesman pointed out that it had been sitting and that it was simply a small build-up of rust on the calipers. He promised me that was all it was because the truck had gone through a "multi-point inspection" that included bakes and if there was anything wrong they would have caught it. Well, after I purchased the truck, the problem never went away. I took it to my local shop and was informed that it was a serious ABS issue that was causing the ABS to kick on when it shouldn't. This infuriated me cause I have a young child that rides with me in the truck (who was with me on the day I bought the truck), so this company willingly and knowingly put my family in danger so they could make a quick buck. I tried contacting them to rectify the situation and they never would get back with me. I have owned the truck for only a couple months now and rust is POURING out from under the paint! They simply sanded it and painted it so it would last just long enough to get it sold. Very shady company that will lie to your face and cover-up very serious problems to maximize their profits. Will never deal with again and recommend you do the same.

This dealer shop and dealers were horrible liars. They strongly recommended me a car they just brought yesterday, and they said this car will be the best option for me. Three dealers surrounded me and tried to make me consider it, so I went to the other Preferred store with one dealer. I saw the pictures they uploaded online website, but the picture and real condition were absolutely different. The seats were torn, stained, and seriously dirty. The bonnet and engine were covered thick dust and spider web. The amount of engine oil was very few and the color was rotten dark. I've been bought three used car before and I've had a lot of experience to check the used cars, but this was the worst car I've ever seen. The dealer kept says that "isn't it great?" I do not think that this car was the best option they can strongly recommended for their customers, I feel that they thought me as a push over. If you are young women, if you look easy, and if you have no mechanic knowledge about car, they will try to cheating on you. Do not believe what they say, and do not visit this dealer shop. I've been visited several other dealershop, Preferred was the worst and horrible cheater.
