I had an appointment to see a specific vehicle that I had viewed online. I called the day before to make sure it was still available since it has been taken off their website. I was told it was still available. I get there and am told it was sold 3 days ago. THEY LIED TO ME!! Then I tried to find another vehicle there and the one they showed me had black soot in the exhaust. When we told them about it they said that is normal for a car with this many miles. My father in law is a mechanic and said no that is not normal there is something wrong. So we left and did not but a car there. Go to a business you can trust not one that lies!!!

I had a great experience with Big City Cars. P.K. Was awesome to work with. The ease of the process of getting a new car was surprising. He worked with me on my trade in and treated me very fairly. Going into the dealership showroom you don’t get the typical car dealership vibe. Everyone there is honest and wants to help you find the right car for you and not just there to make money off you. They are very straightforward and honest and cut the BS. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. My experience was great and I know yours will be too.
I was pleasantly surprised with Joe G. He worked with me until I found the car I wanted and never pressured me in any way. He made me feel right at home and gave me what i felt was a very fair deal.
Sat in the dealership for hours and told them what I needed and they said I could pick out anything on the lot. They lied. Everything I picked out, they wanted way more than I wanted to pay so I asked them what I could get into and what they showed me was junk. So I left. Ended up speaking to the sales lady again and she said she had something for me and everytime I talked to her she could give me any info, no sales price on the vehicle, no numbers on my trade, nothing. Kept promising me she would call me and never would. Horrible customer service. They don't care. I was a guaranteed sale.
I will recommend Joe as well as make my next purchase with him.
I just can't say enough about the people at Big City cars. They were so down to earth and friendly. Straight-up talk no BS. I am so happy that I found them! I had a tough situation with credit etc. But they really went to bat for me!! I am so happy with my vehicle and my loan terms! If I could give $6 I would!
