The day my GMC Envoy started acting up I immediately went to Google to find some good dealerships here in town. When I came across Mazda I noticed good reviews about a salesman, Nick Whitworth. I began emailing Nick and got to the point with my score and asked if he could help me or not. We touched base on the phone and from then on he was on it! He knew my budget and stayed within it. Every step of the way he made me feel comfortable and I trusted him. He even came in on his day off to let me test drive the car and not to long after that I was driving off in it:) He was great, promised me some buffing and touchups and has stayed in contact to fulfill what he said. Thanks for being so loyal and trustworthy Nick! Also thanks to the finance manager who helped get me approved and worked swiftly with me when my children were waiting. Highly recommend this place!!
It had been a long time since I had purchased a new vehicle and wasn't certain what to expect. The moment my husband and I were on the lot, we sat in cars, looking them over, etc. and Junior Hammond inquired how he could be of help. Before test driving the MAZDA CX-5, Junior went over the features to get us acquainted with the SUV and then we were off to driving. After returning home and from test driving several other makes and models, we decided the next day on the Mazda. The one we liked, had sold, Junior let us know when another would be coming in. He was excellent in communicating and letting us know the status of the new vehicle arriving as well as, working with our schedules. Upon the completion of the sale, Junior thoroughly went over all the features with us and made sure I understood the set up so that I could customize and maneuver the features just as Junior had. Which I appreciated the follow-through, he gave and not just letting me have to thumb through the manual before I drove off the lot. Not pushy, listened and worked with our needs. Overall, it has been an excellent experience.
The whole process of getting my 2017 CX-9 from test driving to signing off was straightforward, transparent, professional, and friendly as well.
