We went in exhausted and frustrated because we have been looking for a car for over 2 weeks and we have gotten no help! Within the first 20 minutes Eric and Quincy were telling us that we were not leaving without a car. Even though it was a little bit of a lengthy process they made it their first priority to put us in car. They relieved us of so much stress by getting us a proved and with affordable payments! If you have poor or no credit, I recommend Motorlotz over anywhere else hands down. They mean business: You go in, tell em your financial situation, and they make sure you drive off the lot in a new car same say. I went in, in July with no credit and a job for only 3 months making $300-$330/wk. They got me approved for a car for $5,800 (Nice 2007 Impala LT). I'll admit, you do pay a little more than the vehicle is actually worth.. but.. you do get a nice car and it is affordable payment wise. The ONLY reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because they lost my bill of sale and my title. They had me come back in and redo all the 15 disclaimers and whatnot but it took them over a month to get me my title and by then I had gotten ticketed for expired temp tags since I was unable to get my plates with having no title yet. Sort of ticked me off since I had told them several times before it came to that, that I really needed it and my plates were expiring. Besides that, they're great people. :)
