Found a vehicle online that they had... salesperson quickly was in touch with me. He answered my questions and did not push me at all. I put trust in the dealership and made a fair offer without even seeing vehicle. The counter offer was within a couple hundred of where I wanted to be. I have never experienced such a quick and easy transaction for a vehicle!! Once I arrived at dealership the vehicle was everything I expected and was promised and I was done with paperwork in less than 10 minutes!!! Absolutely perfect!!
The service team at MB Fort Wayne are wonderful, I brought my car in today for a concern un-announced and they made feel very valued and treated my conerns like an emergency and had me back on the road in like literally 15 minutes! The whole crew is great! Awesome work!
We had a suburban but needed a bigger vehicle that was extremely safe, had leg room in every seat for 5 very tall people (and a normal sized mom), plenty of storage space, 4 wheel drive and held its value. I brought this impossible list of must-haves to Tom (sales). He found exactly what we were looking for in a 2016 Sprinter van and Nadeem (finance) made it work with our monthly budget. Chris, the sales manager, was great at answering my questions and concerns in buying a vehicle sight-unseen. They were extremely fair and very patient with me throughout this entire process. They even sent drivers to get the vehicle ahead of schedule. Never again will I have to look in the rear view mirror and see knee caps and unhappy faces! This really is the very best "baby giant hauler" on the market!
I recently bought a used car from this dealership. It was an out of state purchase so I was extremely cautious. I worked with Milton for a couple of weeks and finally felt comfortable enough to go through with the purchase. Milton was very patient and answered all of my questions, some of them multiple times! The best thing I'd like to say about this dealership, and especially Milton, is that he kept his word on everything! That's what ultimately sold me on buying from them. I got the best service that could be expected from an out of state deal!
