Buyer beware! They market their prices without including a "paint protection" on used cars costing $400.00 whether you like it or not its already on there. The used car manager also backed my trade in into a pole and didn't say anything (I saw him do it and there was no damage).
Kelley Chevrolet is a top-notch dealerships that exceeded my expectations. Staff was of course friendly and kind and met all of my needs and concerns. The dealership itself is very clean and updated with a soda and popcorn machine that was awesome. Highly recommended
I am so happy with my new car! Steve made sure to give us the best bang for our buck and even helped me convince my husband to get me a newer vehicle than what we intended on buying for virtually the same price! He didn’t pressure us to buy a certain vehicle and let us make our own choice which ultimately led to a better car buying experience! Thanks to Steve my first ever car purchase was one I am proud of!
Let me say initially this was a very positive review as you can see from a lot of others on here. In the end it was just another quick sale not taking care of the customer afterwards. When I test drove the vehicle I felt a bad spot in the tire thinking it had been sitting for a few at the dealership and would work itself out. Two days later it lost air.
With 500 miles on the vehicle it did not change and I called the dealership to let them know. Tire place told me it was a broken belt and needed replaced. It had to be certified on the lot to get the GM approval but a test drive and 500 miles proved to be different. I already called trying to negotiate the cost of the new tire and was told it was my problem. Half the cost of the tire would be $62.50 and apparently what this review is worth. If the dealership wants to respond to the review with the usual please call us so we can work it out, I left a message for Chuck and would be more than happy to discuss it with him further.
John Kelly helped us with the purchase of our first truck. We had a friendly greeting when we walked in, he was low pressure, and he answered all of our questions thoroughly. We were very pleased with his service and would definitely use him again.
