They were very helpful with our trade in. They got us twice as much as what we paid for it and Josh Martin was amazing. He was polite and he got us a great deal on an awesome car. Just left there, in a car much much better than I came for, at a price much lower than I expected to pay for a model 4 years older. Jesse was cool as hell. I enjoyed it there. My only experience buying a vehicle was at professional auto 2, Fred Grote puts them to shame in EVERY aspect. Also, I talked to a number of car salesmen before going here, they were all off-putting, one even seemed to want to get rid of me, cheerily and hastily telling me where else to take my business. Jesse was waiting right at the door when I pulled up with a warm greeting, a sense of humor and BOUNDLESS patience. Like, serious patience. I'm covered for a very long time with Grote for so many repairs, but years from now, when, God Forbid, this 2016 is sent to greener pastures, I hope Fred Grote is still hiring awesome people.
