My wife and I have purchased 2 Rams and a Wrangler from Glenbrook. Ken Starnes is a wonderful salesman. He goes above and beyond to get you what you're looking for at the best deal possible. He makes the buying process as simple and hassle free as buying a new car can be. We always bring our young daughter in with us and Ken spoils her with popcorn, pop, & pizza. Our most recent purchase we asked for some upgrades to the interior in the deal and it took a little longer than anticipated. Ken got right to the bottom of it and had everything fixed keeping us updated along the way. He then went a step further and delivered the vehicle to our home once it was finished. Always a great experience working with Ken and will absolutely go back to him for our next purchase in a couple years.
Great experience. I contacted Todd Macon because they had a Ram that I really liked online. They ended up selling it that day but Todd offered to check other dealers to find what I was looking for. 3 other dealerships near me (Chicago) had already told me they were going to look for me and I never heard back from them, so I assumed this was going to be the same. That same day, Todd sent me the info about the exact Ram I wanted and said he could have it at Glenbrook the next day. When I went to pick it up, he was one of the nicest salesman I've ever worked with. I had to drive 3 hours to buy my truck from Todd, but I would definitely do it again the next time I'm in the market to buy a car.
This place is fantastic! Like a lot of people, I loathe the car buying process but Todd Macon and team made the process not only tolerable but enjoyable. Todd is awesome! Everyone from the receptionist to the manager were incredibly nice. Definitely worth the hour and 45 minute drive to go to Glenbrook. I definitely would buy from them, again.
This was very first car buying experience and I am so thankful I ended up at Glenbrook. Tyler and the sales staff were very helpful and kept in contact to check up on my decision making process and ensure I had the answers to any questions that came up. Tyler heard my needs and placed me in a vehicle that we were able to fit into my budget and life perfectly. My dogs will be much happier with the space and I'll feel safer with the 4 wheel drive in my new Jeep Compass.
